Cleaners

Cleaners are the foundation of Apex Facility Services, helping maintain safe, healthy, and professional environments for our clients. This role includes routine janitorial cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and restocking supplies. Cleaners are expected to work reliably, follow cleaning procedures, pay attention to detail, and represent Apex with professionalism while working in client facilities.

Specialty Cleaners

Specialty Cleaners handle detailed, project-based, and skilled cleaning services that go beyond routine janitorial work. This role may include floor care, window washing, power washing, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or other specialized services depending on client needs. Specialty Cleaners should be dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable using professional equipment, and able to deliver high-quality results across a variety of facility settings.

Supervisors

Supervisors lead cleaning teams and help ensure Apex service standards are met across client sites. This role includes training team members, inspecting work, coordinating schedules, managing supplies, communicating with clients, and resolving day-to-day service issues. Supervisors should be organized, dependable, professional, and able to motivate teams while holding work to a high standard.

Sales Representatives

Sales Representatives help grow Apex Facility Services by building relationships with prospective clients and identifying facility service needs. This role includes prospecting, following up on leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and communicating the value of Apex’s cleaning and facility solutions. Sales team members should be confident communicators, organized, persistent, and focused on creating long-term client relationships.

Account Managers

Account Managers serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and help ensure services are delivered consistently and professionally. This role includes client communication, service follow-up, issue resolution, site visits, quality checks, and coordination with operations teams. Account Managers should be relationship-focused, responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping clients satisfied while supporting long-term account growth.
